Butterscotch Pie INGREDIENTS

Unbaked pie cake
4-6 c. pared, cut fresh apples
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. spread
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Butterscotch Pie INSTRUCTIONS

Line 9 1/2 inch pie plate with cake. 
Throw apples, lemon juice, sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon and salt together. 

Spoon into pie hull. Cover edge of pie hull with aluminum foil to forestall over carmelizing. 
Prepare at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 
While baking - get ready pieces.
