A great butterscotch pie recipe to try ! Nice !
Butterscotch Pie INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. flour
Butterscotch Pie INSTRUCTIONS
Boil all together and put into baked pie shells. It's best to use a double boiler, if available to avoid scorching the milk on the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. The butterscotch pie is ready...nice ! Enjoy it !

Makes 2 pies.
