Butter Scotch Pie INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Butter Scotch Pie INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butterscotch chips over very low flame; set aside. In a large bowl, combine Karo corn syrup, eggs, and salt; beat well. Gradually blend in melted butterscotch. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 50 minutes...and the Butter Scotch Pie is ready to serve..warm ! Nice and delicious !
